| The document "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era" issued by the state in 2020 points out that health knowledge, basic sports skills and special sports skills should be integrated into physical education, which shows that the state attaches particular importance to sports skills in physical education. As reserve strength of our physical education enterprise, the sports skill level of the sports education undergraduates is particularly important to our physical education enterprise. However, since the expansion of college entrance examination in 1999,the weakening phenomenon of sports skills of students majoring in physical education has become prominent.Under the influence of "what is tested and what is taught" in physical education high school examination, teachers’ sports skills cannot be strengthened accordingly, resulting in pre-service and post-service dual degradation phenomenon. Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the learning of sports skills of students majoring in physical education. So we need to explore the problems existing in the process of sports skill learning and how to strengthen their input to the learning of sports skills. This study explores the mechanism of the influence of achievement goal orientation and time management inclination on motor skill learning involvement of college students majoring in physical education, provides reference suggestions for PE teachers to improve teaching quality and students’ motor skill level, and provides new ideas for the study of learning involvement.By referring to relevant literature, this study has an in-depth understanding of the relevant research on college students’ learning involvement, and investigates the current situation of college students’ learning involvement in sports and technical majors in many universities by means of questionnaire survey.Descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t test,one-way analysis of variance, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model were used to analyze the data. Results: Mastery of approaching goal orientation was positively correlated with learning investment in motor skills(r=0.31,p<0.001).Achievement approach goal orientation was positively correlated with motor skill learning investment(r=0.22,p<0.001).Achievement avoidance goal orientation was negatively correlated with motor skill learning engagement(r=-0.20,p<0.001).Mastery approach goal orientation was positively correlated with time management tendency(r=0.34,p<0.001).There was a significant positive correlation between mastering avoidance goal orientation and time management inclination(r=0.20,p<0.01).Achievement approach goal orientation was positively correlated with time management tendency(r=0.19,p<0.01).Time management inclination was positively correlated with motor skill learning commitment(r=0.35,p<0.001);Conclusion:(1)Mastering approach goal orientation and achievement approach goal orientation can positively predict students’ learning involvement in motor skills.Achievement avoidance goal orientation significantly negatively predicted students’ motor skill learning engagement.(2)Time management inclination partially mediates mastery approach goal orientation, achievement approach goal orientation and motor skill learning engagement. |
