With the rapid economic development,market competition is increasingly fierce.High-quality human resources is the most fundamental competitive advantage.The positive impact of employee engagement on the organization is gradually recognized and become a hot topic in the field of enterprise management practice.In the “enterprisization” management mode,concerning about the engagement of the administrative employee is fundamental for the civilian-run colleges and universities to improve the level of administrative management and comprehensive competitiveness.The general improvement of the administrative employee's engagement will generate a healthy development of the civilian-run colleges and universities.This paper summarizes the research results of experts and scholars in the past and puts forward theoretical ideas and framework.Based on the conceptual dimension and measurement method of employee engagement,it designs the questionnaire of engagement degree that is applicable to administrative employee of Zhengzhou Chenggong University of Finance and Economics(Chenggong University for short).On the one hand,it analyzes current situation of administrative employees' engagement;on the other hand,it explores the influential factors of the administrative employees' engagement.The author collects 256 valid data and tests the reliability and validity of the scale by SPSS20.0.In general,the administrative employees of Chenggong University have a high self-evaluation for their engagement.But there are significant differences between individuals.In the marital status,there is a significant difference in the administrative employees' engagement.Under different backgrounds,administrative employees' engagement levels are slightly different but not very significant.Therefore,to improve the satisfaction and stability of married administrative employee is the problem Chenggong University's personnel management needs to concern.Based on the model of the influence factors of engagement of TaiHe Consulting,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the administrative employees' engagement in Chenggong University from six dimensions: job role,leadership,management system,colleague relationship,salary and welfare,career growth.Through the regression analysis,it is concluded that job role,colleague relationship and career growth are the key factors that affect the engagement of Chenggong University's administrative employee.Combined with practical problem found in the administrative process in Chenggong University that the role recognition is not high,organizational sense of belonging is not strong and the opportunity of promotion is not enough,this paper puts forward the solution and optimization plan to enhance administrative employees' engagement in Chenggong University from the perspectives of improving the relationship with the colleague,clarifying the job responsibilities,implementing the career development plan.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the plan,the author puts forward the guarantee measures from the aspects of system perfection and supervision feedback.The purpose of this paper is to effectively enhance the engagement of Chenggong University's administrative employees.The improving of administrative employees' engagement will further enhance the level of engagement and job performance and promote the perfection of teaching quality and social reputation.The research results of this paper have a certain referential value for the management of administrative employee of the civilian-run colleges and universities in Henan Province.
