At present,the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities in our country has not met the requirements of the country and society,nor has it reached the realization of individual value.Among them,the practical ability of applied talents and skilled talents is the outstanding problem of the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.The reason is multi-level,but the teachers' factors are among the most important reasons.Teachers' practical ability is low and it is difficult to meet the needs of personnel training.In recent years,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the Opinions on the Implementation of the Quality Improvement Program for Teachers in Vocational Colleges(2017-2020).In 2016,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the Opinions on the Implementation of the Quality Improvement Program for Teachers in Vocational Colleges(2017-2020)Month,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee,the State Council issued the "on the deepening of the title system reform",the teacher's classification management as a period of time to deepen the comprehensive reform of higher education urgent task.This study is carried out from four parts:The first part elaborates the research background of this paper from the aspects of policy and practice,analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities from the teacher level,the system mechanism level and the university level,especially the low practical ability of talents,there is an urgent need to classify teachers and classification management.Then,from the two aspects of teacher classification and classification management in colleges and universities,the existing research is summarized and reviewed.The second part combs the theoretical basis of classification.It mainly includes the theory of classification,the theory of talent classification,the theory of person and position matching and the theory of knowledge,ability and quality.The analysis of teachers' knowledge,ability and quality structure can establish our analysis framework of teacher's attributes and help us to compare,summarize and summarize the attributes of different types of teachers.The third part is the result of teacher classification,which is the key part of this research.It is pointed out that the classification of teachers in colleges and universities should be classified according to the the specific responsibilities of teachers' duties and responsibilities from teacher 's knowledge,ability and quality.It is necessary to cultivate students with practical ability,teachersmust have a wealth of practical experience and strong practical ability;to cultivate innovative students,teachers should first have innovative spirit.Based on this logic,this study divides college teachers into three categories: academic teachers,applied teachers and practical teachers,and compares the three types of teachers from three aspects: knowledge,ability and quality structure.The fourth part is the application of teacher classification,mainly related to the recruitment of teachers,evaluation and assessment.First of all,because different types of teachers bear different responsibilities,different types of talents should be cultivated mainly by the corresponding type of teachers.This paper constructs the proportion of teachers with different types of talents,and provides some reference for the recruitment and management of teachers in colleges and universities.Finally,based on the idea of ? teachers' classification and classification management,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management and evaluation of teachers.
