The construction of modern university system and the internationalization of higher education put forward requirements for the reform of personnel system in colleges and universities.Because the university teacher management is at the core of personnel management in colleges and universities,its rationality directly affects the enthusiasm of teachers.Therefore,in order to be able to exert the superiority of the teacher management system and inspire the work enthusiasm and innovative spirit of the teachers,it is necessary to explore the establishment of a scientific and rational college teacher management system.According to the inherent logic of the development of higher education,colleges and universities have implemented a system of full-scale employment of teachers and achieved certain results.However,with the increasingly complex personnel system in colleges and universities and the changing needs of college teachers,college teachers management system also exposed some problems,such as the irrational position of university teachers,job ambiguity,single employment indicators,assessment and evaluation system is not Perfection,narrow channels for promotion of college teachers,etc.This paper is guided by the exploration of teacher management in national policies and academia,using the theory of social division of labor as a support,and on the basis of the definition of core concepts such as teacher classification,job classification and management,and job classification management of college teachers,and from a horizontal perspective.Colleges and Universities Implement Teachers' Job Classification Management.In addition,this study uses job analysis theory to guide the design of the questionnaire survey,discusses the different responsibilities of teachers in different positions,and establishes a differentiated evaluation system based on responsibilities.This study analyzes through empirical investigations that the current college teacher management has problems such as single teacher employment indicators,ambiguous job responsibilities,single appraisal method and main body,backward appraisal indicators,and unreasonable use of appraisal results,etc.,from the system,society,schools,and teachers themselves.Analyze the causes of this aspect,and at thesame time investigate the necessity of teacher job classification management and the requirements for the classification and assessment of teacher positions.Under the guidance of the theory of social division of labor and job analysis theory,through referring to the experience of post-classification management of other colleges and universities in the country,the Yunnan Undergraduate College was proposed from the following aspects: job classification,job classification,post classification assessment,incentive mechanism and safeguard mechanism.Implement countermeasures and suggestions for teacher job classification management.
