| Our country is in the transition period of social and economic development,and more Universities greatly expand enrollment,imbalance between the rapid growth of the number of college students and the market demand,as well as social transformation,structural adjustment,the imperfect existing system,public's concept of lag,and other factors,resulting in great pressure on college students employment.As a part of the contemporary college students,PE majors can not stand the reality of the pressure of employment.Restricted by the major,the lack of comprehensive ability and the narrow employment area,the sports majors face greater challenges in the process of employment,and the employment pressure can be imagined.This paper uses literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,data statistics and logical analysis and other scientific research methods.With the entrepreneurial status of college students majoring in Physical Education in Guangzhou city as the research object,in-depth analysis of professional sports college students entrepreneurs in the business problems and accumulated valuable experience,put forward a reasonable solution to exist in the entrepreneurial process of professional sports college students,and provide a theoretical basis for the professional sports college students entrepreneurship,promote college students majoring in physical education entrepreneurship.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Government's policy strongly supports college students' entrepreneurship,but the improvement of the service system of college students should be improved,and the social entrepreneurship environment needs to be further optimized.2.Lack of experience is problem the entrepreneurs,and the main use of funds for entrepreneurs is "communication",accounting for only 24% of the total number.3.Students of sports majors pay great attention to advertising and product quality,and the structure of advertising methods is reasonable,which combines traditional propaganda with new network propaganda.4.Sports college students have certain professional characteristics and sports skillsadvantages,engaged in business related sports has a unique advantage.5.Most of the sports college student entrepreneurs have work experience,at the same time,college students majoring in sports participation of entrepreneurs to actively participate in social practice,social work has accumulated a certain amount of money and valuable experience for entrepreneurs.6.Sports majors have the characteristics of "many men and few women",and the character of male students is more suitable for entrepreneurship.Therefore,the proportion of male and female entrepreneurs is not balanced.7.Entrepreneurs with basic living security are better suited for entrepreneurship.In view of the existing problems in the process of sports college students entrepreneurship and putting forward some countermeasures in Guangzhou: focusing on education,improving the system of entrepreneurship education;strengthening policy support,improving the policy support system;improving the entrepreneur's own entrepreneurial qualities. |
