Research On The Information Service Of Rural Vulnerable Groups Based On Social Network Analysis Through The Survey Of Henan?Anhui?Jiangsu?Yunnan Provinces

The construction of rural informatization has always been a continuing concern of our government,which is of strategic significance to solve the "three rural issues".And the information service status of rural vulnerable groups will directly affect the level of rural information service,thus affecting the process of rural information construction to a certain extent.Henan,Anhui,Jiangsu and Yunnan provinces are representative of China's agricultural province.This paper takes them as the research object,and uses the social network analysis software UCINET to study the status of information service of rural vulnerable groups and the characteristics of information service network.Based on the model of scale-free network and using Net Logo simulation software to quantitatively simulate the dominant factors influencing the structure and propagation of rural network information dissemination network.The model is based on the Preferential Attachment model in Net Logo.The characteristics of information dissemination in rural areas have increased the influence of the dissemination of information on the spread of regional models in the form of similarity to the "opinion leaders".Finally,through the questionnaire survey,in-depth rural research,through empirical analysis and other methods to fully grasp the way of the rural vulnerable groups obtaining information and the advantages and disadvantages of the information service construction of the current rural vulnerable groups,and put forward some policy suggestions for the government based on the data.According to the research,the government,as the rural information provider in the existing rural disadvantaged group information service network in Henan?Jiangsu?Yunnan and Anhui Provinces,has been at the core of the existing social network,and its coverage is the most extensive.At the same time,some agricultural colleges and research institutions,leading agricultural enterprises have gradually appeared in the rural disadvantaged groups information service social network,the results are similar to the model simulation results.Finally,based on the results of social network analysis and model simulation,this paper constructs the model of the effect of rural social network on rural information service based on a large number of research literatures.Using factor analysis,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis to study the Jiangsu?Yunnan ?Henan and Anhui provinces rural vulnerable groups survey data.Based on the results of data analysis,several policy suggestions are put forward to optimize the information service of the rural vulnerable groups.It is necessary to give full play to the credibility of the government and speed up the integration of the main body of the information service network.According to the regional status,the government needs carry out the different information services.At the same time,the government through publicity and education,to minimize the rural vulnerable groups blind behavior.
