Study On Cultivation Of Self-development Capacity Of The Rural Vulnerable Groups

The cultivation of the self-development capacity of rural vulnerable groups is an important breakthrough to win the battle of poverty alleviation and development in rural areas. Construction of the ability of the self-development capacity of rural vulnerable groups is the basic requirements to realize the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society in the rural areas, to narrow the gap between urban and rural development, and to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.This thesis carries out an relevant literature review of the self-development capacity of the vulnerable groups in rural areas, sets the connotation of the related core concepts scientifically, and combs the related theory of capacity and self development theory from the three aspects of person, organization or entity, and system. And then, on the basis of the previous, the author carries out the theoretical analysis of the self development capacity of the rural vulnerable groups from three aspects of the elements, conditions, and the formation of power. Based on an survey of the farm households in Wuling Mountain area, Hunan, with the help of the indicators in the analysis model, this thesis carries out an empirical research of the self-development capacity of the vulnerable groups in rural areas, analysis present situation of local self development capacity and he existing problems in development, and tries to put forward some timeliness, pertinence and difference strategies for the cultivation of the self-development capacity of the vulnerable groups.
