As the largest developing country in the world,we will win the fight against poverty and build a well-off society in an all-round way.We are a well-being in the country and a contribution to the world.However,in the process of promoting precision poverty alleviation,there are still problems such as paying attention to “blood transfusion” and not paying attention to “hematopoietic” and poverty alleviation.Based on the perspective of human capital theory,we find that continuing education plays an important role in precision poverty alleviation.It has become an important point of emancipating the mind,changing concepts,cutting links with poverty culture,reducing or even eliminating intergenerational transmission of poverty,safeguarding rural development,and promoting the construction of a well-off society.tool.Since the 18 th National Congress,the rural poverty alleviation work has made decisive progress.More than 60 million poor people have been lifted out of poverty,and the incidence of poverty has dropped from 10.2% to 4%.Building a good rural area has become the key to socialist modernization.step.Solving the problem of rural vulnerable groups is an important breakthrough for building a new rural area.Promoting the continued education of vulnerable groups in rural areas is an important starting point for realizing the capacity of rural “hematopoietic”.To carry out the continuous education of rural vulnerable groups is to promote China?s goal of poverty alleviation and coordinate urban and rural development.The meaning of building a harmonious society.Based on the perspective of precise poverty alleviation,this thesis uses literature research,case study and interview methods to analyze the influencing factors of continuing education in rural vulnerable groups in the process of accurate poverty alleviation based on inclusive education theory,human capital theory and endogenous development theory.It puts forward feasible strategies for continuing education to promote the accurate poverty alleviation of rural vulnerable groups in China,with a view to promoting the development of continuing education for vulnerable groups in rural areas and promoting the progress of China's precise poverty alleviation work.The structure and content of this paper includes the following five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly includes four parts: research origin,research purpose and research significance,literature review,research design,research focus,difficulty and innovation.The second chapter elaborates on the definition of the concept and the theoretical basis.In the third chapter,a thorough analysis of the characteristics of continuing education in Qinglong County of Hebei Province was carried out.The reasons for the clear selection of Qinglong County as a case were analyzed.The rural vulnerable groups in Qinglong County of poverty-stricken counties were used as interviews to interview typical cases of continuing education.And the text processing of the interview data,to understand the latest situation of the continued education of rural vulnerable groups in China.The fourth chapter analyzes the rural vulnerable groups,government,student aided enterprises,training institutions and other aspects that affect the continuing education of vulnerable groups in rural areas,and explores the influencing factors of the development of rural disadvantaged groups.Achieve the effect of throwing bricks to attract jade.The fifth chapter is based on the analysis and discussion of the above chapters.From the perspectives of rural vulnerable groups,governments,aided enterprises,training institutions and other aspects,combined with the development of precision poverty alleviation work and the requirements of the times,it is proposed to promote the sustainable development of rural vulnerable groups.The strategy is to solve the problem of intergenerational intergenerational transmission that needs to be solved urgently in rural areas.
