MOOCs has been developed unprecedently in the past few years.Its development has infused fresh blood into the reform of Chinese higher education.Since 2013 China's first participation in the MOOC boom so far,not only the study of domestic MOOC theory is deepening,in our MOOC course platform all kinds of domestic and foreign courses also have a great rich.The study of humanities can cultivate the critical thinking and independent thinking ability of science and engineering learners.In Universities of Science and Engineering,there are many problems such as the shortage of teachers of humanities courses and the quality of courses needs to be improved,but the use of humanities MOOCs resources can effectively address these issues.The article makes a in-depth comparison and analysis of the Chinese and foreign MOOCs curriculum,which can provide some reference for the construction of our humanistic general education MOOCs.The article first introduces the background of the study,and summarize the present situation of the research on MOOCs courses at home and abroad,the related concepts and research objects of the research are defined.In the part of comparing teaching design of the humanities MOOCs course,in this study,the curriculum design pyramid is selected as the analysis framework to carry on the detailed comparison and analysis to the selected subject course.Through the construction of "MOOCs forum quality analysis system",this paper makes quantitative and qualitative research on the quality of the forum from three aspects: cognitive presence,teaching presence and social presence;and find that Chinese learners lack of critical thinking skills,and teachers or assistants did not play a role in the forum;Secondly,the researchers conducted a questionnaire survey on the learners of Science and Engineering universities,This questionnaire investigates the learners of the humanities MOOCs course of the university of Science and Engineering from the four dimensions of curriculum design,learning input,thinking tendency and attitude and learning experience,so as to obtain the current situation and demand of learners in these universities.Finally,on the basis of the results of this study,the author puts forward some measures for the design and construction of MOOCs courses,in order to promote the construction and sustainable development of MOOCs curriculum in China,and the prospect of follow-up research.
