The Research On The Development Of Colleges And Universities Women's Football In Changsha City

The status quo of China's women's football dilemma highlights the strength and development of college women's football development is an effective way to create the atmosphere of women's football,women's football in Colleges and universities is an important part of the reform to promote the development of campus football,and Changsha women's football sport in Colleges and universities of the present research needs to be deepened.This study is based on the "overall Chinese football reform and development requirements and objectives",in the background of school sports teaching reform and development of the campus football movement,the integrated use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,field survey method and mathematical statistics method,analyzes the current Changsha college football development the current situation and existing problems,discusses the Changsha college football development countermeasure,reached the following conclusions:1.The development of women's football in Changsha ordinary colleges and universities is a structured and hierarchical system.Teaching is the basis for the development of campus football in Colleges and universities,training are the guarantee of the sustained development of campus football.Teaching,training and competition Trinity,coordinated development,close cooperation,reform and promote the development of campus football is an effective way of thinking.2.From the overall development situation,the current Changsha college women's football teaching is good,Changsha carry out women's soccer training and competition in Colleges and universities is less in quantity,the overall situation is worrying,still did not carry out the women's football training and competition of nearly seven undergraduate colleges,football training and competition of women's colleges to carry out a lower proportion.3.From the teaching point of view,the current Changsha college women's football teaching teachers lack of teaching experience,teacher shortage;females' cognition on football less,learning interest is not high;the women's lack of teaching content imbalance,teaching design;teaching facilities inadequate,unbalanced allocation of teaching.Proposed the following suggestions:1.To promote the development of Changsha college women's football teaching strategies: Women's rich teaching experience,strengthen women's teaching;strengthen the women's advocacy efforts to improve women's interest in learning;improve the structure of teaching content,innovating teaching content design;increase facilities investment,balance the allocation of teaching resources.2.Changsha promote college training women's football development: to provide football coaching opportunity,rich women's soccer experience;innovation team selection way cooperation,to resolve the contradiction between learning and training;improve the leader's attention,increase the logistics strength.3.To promote the development of women's football competition in Colleges and universities in Changsha countermeasures: to enhance the importance of participation,increase the support of the competition;increase the women's football opportunities,enhance the women's football competition.
