| Education services trade under the scope of international trade in services,international trade in services is an important branch.Traditionally,educational services trade has replaced the concept of international educational exchange.As we all know,the Soviet Union higher education has been re cognized as one of the world’s best higher education.At the beginning of the 21 st century,Russia began to learn from the experience of higher education developed countries,and actively participate in cross-border education cooperation;the Russian modern education has shown a clear international trend.Accession to the WTO to a certain extent,speed up the Russian higher education into the world education service market process.Russia’s development of foreign trade services trade can be analyzed from th e political and economic aspects of the two,but ultimately can be attributed to the needs of the global market in order to adapt to the economic difficulties of Russia’s economic difficulties driven by factors.The main features of the development of educ ational service trade in Russia are four aspects of cross-border delivery,overseas consumption,commercial existence and natural person movement.As a starting point,the trade structure,trade model and trade policy of Russian foreign trade in education trade this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of Russian foreign education service trade.Based on the research on the export market share of educational service,the competitiveness index of educational service trade and the comparative advantage index of educational service trade,it can be seen that the competitiveness of Russian educational service trade is higher than that of higher education in developed countries.There is a big gap.To promote the development of Russian foreign trade in education services,we should further improve the level of Russian higher education,improve the educational infrastructure and strengthen educational cooperation among countries. |
