Upon the reform of higher education request higher education quality is necessary.As one of the core subjects to evaluate the quality of school education,students' satisfaction can reflect the level of school running to a certain extent.In addition,series problems appear in pace with the expansion of college increase enrollment,student's satisfaction is an important topic of higher education research.At present,the study about students' satisfaction with college in Heilongjiang is still rarely involved.In order to contribute to the reform of education in Heilongjiang,a questionnaire survey of school satisfaction was conducted among 3871 college students in five universities in Heilongjiang.The study employs the variance analysis and other statistical methods to research the students satisfaction with the university,contemporary combine customer satisfaction,relative deprivation and cultural reproduction theories to explore the causes of satisfaction differences among different schools,families,and university students' personal characteristics.The results show that the overall college students satisfaction with five universities in Heilongjiang is higher,among them,the satisfaction with teachers is the highest,and the satisfaction with campus facilities is the lowest one;There are significant satisfaction differences among college students who in the different institutions,families and have different individual characteristics.Specific performance are: Students' satisfaction with A college is lowest,E College is highest;Senior students have the highest satisfaction,while sophomores have the lowest,totality satisfaction from grade one to grade four showed a basically U trend;Students from rural areas have lower satisfaction than those students from urban;The worse the students' family economic status is,the lower their satisfaction degree is.The lower the educational level of their fathers,the lower satisfaction is.Meanwhile,the following issues need to bring to the attention: Students' satisfaction with the campus network is obviously low.The backward information construction seriously reduces the students' satisfaction with campus facilities;Sophomore students have the lowest satisfaction,and the school should pay more attention to sophomores;The students from the bottom of society are less satisfied with the school,mainly in the: The basic education in rural is backward,and the rural students are expecting too much for the university;In contrast with the reference group,the family poverty students produce relative deprivation and projected this lower self-identity into other areas;Meanwhile,students with lower educational backgrounds have less cultural capital.All these make it less satisfactory for schools.The solidification of social stratification is the root cause for the bottom social stratum has lower school satisfaction,and the unfairness of education further intensifies the social differentiation.Finally,five suggestions are put forward according to the conclusion of the study.
