Research On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Of Local Undergraduate Colleges In Chongqing City

In the era of knowledge based economy,innovation as the driving force of social development,knowledge,information and technology as the main elements of economic development that have a strong impact on higher education,and forces the reform of higher education.However,many local colleges occurred to some adverse factors in the process of educational reform,such as graduates in colleges do not match market development,making it impossible to meet the needs of regional social development.In this view,the paper takes a case study of Chongqing local undergraduate colleges as example,through investigating on situation of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chongqing local undergraduate colleges,aims to study the status of implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges in Chongqing City,explores the adverse factors affecting innovation personnel training,finds its existing problems and causes,searches for solutions and recommendations to the problems.The paper consists of five parts: the first part and the last part is the introduction and conclusion,the rest is the subject of this paper.Second part consists the research design and analysis to questionnaire investigation mainly from education concept,courses set,teaching methods and teachers structure four aspects for discussion;the third part analyzes the problems and its reasons of investigation;the fourth part puts forward recommends to deepen the innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities in Chongqing City which is based on other local colleges' successful indeed in innovation and entrepreneurship education.According to the survey,the innovation and entrepreneurship education of local colleges in Chongqing has the following problems: first,poor in concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education;second,curriculum is not perfect;third,lack of targeted teaching methods and the last insufficient quantity of professional teachers and teachers' structure is not reasonable.For these problems,the author suggests to update education principle,put innovation and entrepreneurship education into personnel training system;constructcurriculum system and enrich courses,innovate teaching methods reflected teaching targeted and build diversified teachers structure.
