| As the entrepreneurship education in China is obviously characterized by policy guidance,the development of entrepreneurship education cannot be separated from the promotion and support of policies.Nearly 20 years of China’s implementing entrepreneurship education has yielded fruitful results.The orientation of entrepreneurship education has changed from the initial employment education to the quality education at this stage,i.e.,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial composite talents.Entrepreneurship education reform serves as a breakthrough in comprehensive reform of higher education,but there are still some shortcomings in the achievement of entrepreneurship education for college students in China.In light of this,the paper studies the entrepreneurial education of local college students in China from the perspective of public policy.On the basis of summarizing the research on entrepreneurship education at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the evolution process,characteristics,implementation effectiveness and hidden problems of entrepreneurship education policy in China.Combined with the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews with five undergraduate colleges and universities in Nanning,the author found that although local college students have achieved some results in entrepreneurship education,there are still some problems,such as no scientific entrepreneurship education concepts,existing formalism in the process of development,incomplete curriculum system and weakness of education staff.Besides,based on the in-depth analysis of the research results,some suggestions are put forward from the four levels of government,universities,students and enterprises.The government should improve the overall design of entrepreneurship education,improve relevant mechanisms,and enhance funding support.The university should build a five-sphere integrated entrepreneurship education ecosystem that includes "the system of curricular,teacher,practice,culture and institution".College students should change their own concepts,thus taking an objective view of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to actively participate in entrepreneurship practice activities.And the corporate should strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities so as to promote the development of entrepreneurship education practices. |
