Research On Implementation Of The Employment Policy For The Medical Colleges In Fujian Province

In recent years,in order to alleviate the employment pressure of medical students in higher vocational colleges,the government has introduced the relevant policies to promote the employment of college medical graduates.But in the actual implementation process,the policies are affected by various factors and can not be implemented well.The in-depth study of the implementation of the employment policy of students in medical vocational colleges is conducive to providing a realistic basis for policy formulation,and also propitious to enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of employment policy.It is of great practical significance to solve the employment of medical vocational graduates.Firstly,this paper reviews the status of the implementation of the employment policy of medical vocational college students in recent years,and carries out a questionnaire survey on the implementation of the employment policy of medical vocational colleges in Fujian Province.On this basis,this paper uses the Smith process model to analyze the current situation of employment policy implementation in medical vocational colleges,explores the existing problems and finds out the causes,from four factors: idealization policy,the execution subject of policy,the policy target group and the policy implementation environment.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the implementation of employment policies in medical vocational colleges in Fujian Province.
