Study On College Students’ Ideological And Political Education Under The Rule Of Law

The legalization of ideological and political education is the topic on which higher education should focus on.Studying the Ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of the rule of law is to explore the strategy of the forming a standardized education-subject,optimizing the educational environment,making the the relevant effects develop creatively,letting the object of education from all aspects.The ideological and political Education Legalization is the effective extension of the social legalization.It is an inevitable trend that to improve the rule of law the ideological and political education,which is also the inevitable requirement of the construction of social and the inevitable choice to strengthen college students’ Ideological and political education.To grasp the legal development of the ideological and political education from four aspects which includes the legislation,law enforcement,law abidance and law supervision is in accordance with the rule of law strategy "scientific legislation,strict law enforcement,judicial justice,universal law".At the same time,it is also beneficial to the implementation of govern the country by law.This article mainly through literature research method,comparative research method to consider the legalization of Ideological and political education of college students.Leaded by the strategy of managing the country by law and the spirit of the Ideological and political conference held in Dec.2016 in Beijing National University,the legalization of ideological and political education is correspond with new ideas,new requirements.The idea of this paper is to find the problems,analyze them,and solve them in order to study the legalization of Ideological and Political Education among college students.This paper mainly discusses the legalization of education of college students’ ideological and political science from the four aspects of legislation,law enforcement,law-abiding and supervision.At the legislative level,the paper analyzes the problems of the improvement of the entity and the proper procedures of the procedures,and gives the Suggestions for the countermeasures.At the law enforcement level,this paper analyzes the problems of the education administration’s law enforcement mode and the appropriate level of the university administration,and puts forward some countermeasures.At obeying the law,based on the double main body education,the educators and the educated,with double main body education about ability to obey the law and the law level as the key point is analyzed,countermeasures and Suggestions are given.At the supervision level,main analyzes the supervision mechanism of education administrative department and the monitoring force of the university management authority,and gives some Suggestions for the countermeasures.In this paper,based on the research of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the rule of law,preliminarily summarizes the following conclusion: under the rule of law is the direction,the complete development of ideological and political education is the guarantee of promoting college students’ all-round development.College students’ ideological and political education is the key of the party and the country concerned,the university for cultivating talents of construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,one of the important places,therefore,the ideological and political education must be under the rule of law.
