| With the comprehensive promotion of rule of law in China,people’s legalization consciousness is gradually improving,and the concept of rule of law has been deeply rooted.Under such background of times,the legalization of ideological and political education has become a new entry point for the innovation of ideological and political education,as well as an important subject for the focused research of higher education.The legalization of ideological and political education is an inevitable demand to develop both our society and the ideological and political education itself,a significant method to enhance the level of ideological and political education in universities,and an inevitable choice to strengthen the ideological and political education of students in universities.Based on the perspective of rule of law,this paper aims to deliver a reflection of the legalization of ideological and political education in universities through means of literature research,comprehensive analysis and interdisciplinary research.The times background of rule of law,important theories of relevant laws and regulations,and the inner link between ideological and political education and legalization,function as essential basis to study the legalization construction of ideological and political education in universities.This paper,according to the connotation of legalization of ideological and political education in universities and also the relation between ideological and political education and legalization,summarizes the main issues existing during the process of legalization construction of the ideological and political education in universities,namely lack of legalization concept,incomplete construction of laws and systems,and subjectivity and randomness in the process of ideological and political education;and analyses the causes of these issues from four aspects: the historical limitation of traditional concept of ruling by man,the lag in ideological and political education,the external negative effects of market-oriented economy,and the lack of internal guarantee in the legalization construction.Based on the above,five solutions for the realization of legalization of ideological and political education in universities have been sought: firstly,to strengthen the consciousness of legalization of ideological and political education in universities;secondly,to complete the legislative and other relevant systems of ideological and political education in colleagues and universities;thirdly,to establish the legality and authority of subjects of ideological and political education in universities;fourthly,to legally determine the content of ideological and political education in universities;and fifthly,to normalize the means and methods of ideological and political education.This paper aims to pursue the theoretical and practical values of the realization of ideological and political education in universities,as its final research objective. |
