A Research On Establishing A Public Service Platform For Poverty-stricken College Students

In recent days,along with the continuous change of society and the constant innovation of system,works on impoverished college students keeps developing.The researches on them pay much attention to financial-aid policy,institution,system and so on.The theoretic property and systematization of the research have been improved to a large degree.However,its proportion of actual achievement on management is not yet 10%,which is also limited to educational theory and management.Researchers always emphasis aspects like analysis of financial aid system in the university,analysis on subsidized loan policies,as well as the psychological health education and political education on impoverished college students.Instead,researches on the construction and management of social platform for poor students is much less.With the socialization of colleges and also the developing of big data techniques,works on impoverished students are not only limited to college itself.No matter the recognizing,the subsidy,or the employment of poor students should all depend on social and public service resources.For that reason,the research of works on impoverished college students from the perspective of public management is of great importance.While nowadays,shortages of research results on that subject is relatively acute.The thesis is composed of four parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance of the thesis.Through literature review,the current status of research on the platform is summarized,and also the research methods and innovative points are described in this part.The second part refers to the relevance theory.It includes relevant concept of public service platform,big data,and poverty governance.In the third part,the current status,problems and formation cause of the construction of public service platform for impoverished college students in Ningbo are analyzed.As for the fourth part,countermeasures and measures for improving the construction of public service platform for poor students in Ningbo.It consists of the establishment of Ningbo impoverished students public service union,the building of Ningbo impoverished students,public service,electronic information platform,the innovation of service mode,the improvement of socialization,and the reinforcement of functioning security.
