According to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we should give priority to education and improve the student funding system.At present,funding for poor students in colleges and universities have formed a complete set of material support mode and policy system,the living conditions of poor students have been improved,and economic poverty has been alleviated.However,due to the mental problems and insufficient capacity of the poor students brought by the poverty of the family,the poor students is faced with the poverty situation of spirit and ability,and it is urgent that the university should give the poor students mental help and Develop the poor students' abilities.But at present,most colleges and universities do not attach importance to the non-material financing of poor students,the non-material financing model has just started and even has not been established yet,there is not a complete set of non-material financing mode for poor students.Therefore,how to increase the intensity of non-material financing for poor students on the basis of material subsidies,and effectively solve the situation of material,mental and capacity poverty faced by poverty-stricken students,and help them achieve a comprehensive and healthy development,and the early growth is very urgent and important.Based on the two-factor theory of Herzburg and combined with field researches,this paper takes Guangxi University as an example to analyze the current situation,existing problems and causes of the poverty-stricken college students' financing model,and draws on the beneficial experience and innovative practices of poverty-stricken college students in some developed regions of China,such as Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang,and puts forward some suggestions for further improving the financing mode of poverty-stricken college students in Guangxi.Based on that,there are six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates subject source,purpose and meaning of research,current situation and review of domestic and foreign research,research content,research methods and innovation.The second chapter mainly elaborates the connotation of the theory of double factor and its applicability in the mode of subsidizing the poor students in colleges and universities,and the connotation of the financial aid model of the college students.In third chapter,taking the Guangxi University as the object of research,design and give out questionnaires,use questionnaire survey method and literature analysis method and so on to collect primary and secondary data,and analysis the results of a survey about the present situation of poor students in Guangxi University funding,points out the achieved effects and existing problems in the financing mode of poverty students in Guangxi University.The fourth chapter,based on the results of the investigation and analysis,discusses the reasons for the existence of the financing model under the two-factor theory.Fifth chapter through the literature information collection,analysis of domestic universities in Jiangsu,Shanghai,Zhejiang and other poor students funding mode,points out its generality and individual character,draw lessons from and absorbing the beneficial experience and innovation.The sixth chapter,based on the above mentioned contents,combines the material financing and non-material financing of the poor students,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the existing poverty-stricken student financing mode in Guangxi universities under the two-factor theory.
