The Social Responsibility Of Public Website And Its Influence On The Moral Education Of Primary And Middle School Students

With the thought of "Internet +" gradually penetrated into all aspects of society,as an important platform for the Internet,public website is the main way for primary and middle school students to obtain the network information.For the reason of pursuing commercial interests and click-through rates and the like,it causes the lack of social responsibility of public website,has affected the development of moral education of primary and middle school students.This study used literature method,questionnaire method,content analysis,case analysis and other methods,prepared questionnaire about the basic situation and family status of the use of public websites,of more than 893 students and their parents were investigated.Based on the student survey data,we took samples from typical examples of the search websites,video websites,commercial web portals,literature websites,games sites,analyzed the manifestation of these sites deficiency,summarized social responsibility the public websites should have.As a double-edged sword,public websites not only provide students with the knowledge of new channels,broaden the students' horizons,cultivate the modern conception of the students,but the negative effect on the students also not allow to ignore,which cause the students' social moral indifference,lack of responsibility,also influence students' "Three views" and physical and mental health and also greatly impact communication,expression and reading ability of the students.Therefore,strengthen the development of primary and secondary school moral education under the network environment is particularly important.On the one hand,through the constructing and making good use of primary and middle school students' website,increasing public Internet sites,strengthening education function of public website,we should play the role of the network,especially public website,to promote the development of students moral education.On the other hand,based on the survey from students and parents,in such a way that school education as the emphasis,family education as the core,the social environment as guarantee,we should eliminate the negative effect from the student themselves arising from the network to the student moral education.In school education,firstly,change idea,pay more attention to the position of network in the moral education of primary and middle school students;secondly,cultivate teachers with Internet concept,improve teacher's modern education technology and culture;finally,guide the students correctly use the Internet by diversification strategy such as strengthening students' Internet moral education,cultivating students' ability to choose and judge Internet information,as well as completing the school mental health counseling with combination of online and offline,organizing students to take part in social practice and so on.In family education,we should attach great importance to the family of Internet education by the means such as improving the network quality,strengthening communication with children,supervising for children to the Internet,linking with school teachers closely and so on.In addition,countries should provide a good Internet environment for primary and middle school students by set up regulator of the public websites,pass laws and regulations,purify the Internet environment,carry out "special action network" and other ways.
