Class management reform is an important part of quality-oriented education reform and college entrance examination system reform.In order to solve the problems caused by exam-oriented class management,this paper elaborates the concept of “management by less interference”,aiming to create a new class management pattern macro-controlled by the head teacher.It also can cultivate students' self-management ability and gradually allow students to manage themselves,realizing students' self-management,self-education and self-development.The concept is not only helpful to cultivate students' comprehensive quality and creative ability,but also improve the efficiency of class management,finally realizing the all-round development of students.Besides,it can also free teachers from the onerous work,which let teachers put more time and effort into self-improvement and teaching,eventually forming a virtuous cycle of work.Focusing on the students of xx senior high school,this paper adopted document analysis method to study related theories and works at home and abroad,which lays solid foundation for the understanding of actionless class management pattern and also provides the theory basis for the followed aspects: 1.The concept proved its rationality;2.the relation between the concept,class management,sport management,life management;3,to discuss the practical function of the concept 4,the features of the new management mode.Using observing recording,questionnaire,interview method,this paper designs questionnaire for high school students reflecting on three aspects :the level of autonomous class management,the degree of students' participation in class management,students' emphasis on self-management.Also,it designs teachers' interview outline,referring to the strengths and weaknesses of self-management,the improvements,the factors influencing students' self-management,as well as physical and mental requirements of teachers.The results of the interview and questionnaires lays basis for the strategies of creating actionless class management mode.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper puts forward the principles,strategies,and outline of creating actionless class management mode.Based on the connected theories and personal experience,the structure of class management is formed,which offers a number of high middle school teachers references.
