Class is the basic unit of school education,is the implementation of school education teaching goal,the key to achieve students' personal growth.Class management is not only related to the school health education activities orderly,but also deeply affects the student individual,affects the hearts of the students' parents.With the development of education technology and change the way of education,high middle school students of class management work becomes more complex,there are some new problems,to some extent hindered the development of class.Therefore,the high school class management work experience and rules of the summary of the comb,to the discussion of new problem to explore is often necessary.This paper mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part of the introduction.First put forward the significance of high school class management problems research.Secondly,introduce the basic situation of such studies across the country.Third,is introduced in this paper,the research ideas and research methods.Finally,this paper involves defining the related concept of class management.The second part of class management in four aspects: the body of the class management,organization of classroom management and classroom management system through theoretical analysis,clarify the connotation and the parts requirement and provide theoretical basis for the questionnaire and interview.The third part of the investigation about the present situation of high school class management.Important part of Z zigong city middle school students and teachers,by means of questionnaire and interview to understand their status for the current class management work of opinions and Suggestions.Finally analyze the survey data,the summary,induces Z gradually the main problems in middle school class management:Class management subject status is ambiguous;Class management system has yet to be perfect;Class management organizational structure is not reasonable.And carries on the careful analysis for the existing problems,summarized the reason carefully.The fourth part in view of the problems arising from the high school class management put forward their own management advice: change the relationship between teachers and students,the teacher leading to the dialogue between teachers and students;School,society and family to build \ "mesh\" class organization structure;To be born,to establish class democratic management system.
