The construction of socialist modernization needs the comprehensivedevelopment of talents, and this glorious and arduous historical mission relies onschool education. The junior middle school stage is the essential period to developtheir world outlook as well as outlook on life and values. Scientific classmanagement enhances the sound development of students, furthermore lays thefoundation to promote students’ overall development.Class management should be systemized. Systemized class management, on theone hand, provides guidelines for class work and therefore creates a perfect workingand learning environment for teachers and students; on the other hand, standardizesstudents’behaviors and strengthens their concept of abiding by the laws. For a long time, in class management, the phenomenon of “over-stressing systembuilding and neglecting the dominant role of students” still exists due to theinconsistent capacities of class superintendents. In the preparation and implementationof class system, there are a lot of misunderstandings that cause negative impact onclass system and prevent it from playing its proper role, and thus delay the individualdevelopment of students and the cultural building of class. The first part of the paper defines the content of systemized classmanagement, especially the significance of systemized class management. The second partdiscusses the misunderstandings in systemized class management, especiallyincluding that the establishment of the system lacks democracy, the operability is poor, the content is delayed and the individuality and expansibility have shortcomings. Themisunderstandings existing in the implementation of the system mainly include thatthere is only single implementation main body, lack of humanization in theimplementation process, lack of supervision mechanism and the evaluation method issimple. The third part puts forward the countermeasures against themisunderstandings in systemized class management, i.e. the student-orientedsystemized class management and the equal and fair systemized class management.
