Exploration Of Pluralistic Helping And Supporting System For Families Who Lose Their One-child

Since ancient times,China has a child care as a guarantee of old age living customs.In order to solve the contradiction between economic development and population,China began to spread the one-child policy from the mid-Seventies of twentieth century,which has a great contribution to the development of China's economy,but also create hundreds of millions of one-child families and increased the family risk virtually.Due to illness,accidents and other reasons,lots of the one-child families suffered the doom of the only son' early death,and we call them "families who lose their one-child".With the increasement of "families who lose their one-child",their emotional dependence and life security has become a gradual distinguished social problem.Even the recent government focus on such issues,and provided some corresponding assistance measures,but did not form a complete system,which can not solve the fundamental problem.Firstly,the thesis described the main concept of the one-child and families who lose their onechild in detail,meanwhile innovatively divided them into "families who lose their one-child forever" and "families who temporarily lose their one-child" according to the reproduction ability of those families.Then it pointed out the national duty to guarantee this group's profit through the analysis of the reason why those families lost children.Secondly,the thesis used the form of questionnaire survey and typical interview,then resorted to the investigation of the basic situation of families who lose their one-child in Jiangbei District of Ningbo and the government assistance towards them,basic on which adopt the analysis of lose their one-child families' material support,mental comfort dilemma and their demands in medical,pension,mental etc.Finally,the thesis summarized the lack of the current support system for families who lose their one-child in the Jiangbei District,and combined with the related research on the support system of the same group at home and abroad.We conceived to build a pluralistic helping system in multi-faceted,multi-angle and multi-level,then elaborated from three aspects of government support,social support,mutual aid group phase,which provide a comprehensive solution to the problem of the loss of independence family,especially the "permanent loss of independence " family's problem.The problem can be seem as urgently needs which includes economic support,spiritual consolation,life care and so on.This system helps them out of a series of difficulties behind "the loss of independence" to achieve the utility maximization of the supporting policy.
