| It is important to develop the student sports association of the high school,Adapting the education system in the high school reform,Practicing the education for all-round development; Strengthening the student the sports mind and making body healthy have the important meanings to the student. sports association。Jiangsu is a big province of economic and culture,And its high school student sports association inherits tradition and develop to the certain scale and have representative. The aim of this article was to research the student sports association of high school in Jiangsu,by use of documentary,questionnaire,expert interview etc.,manage to analysis the present condition and the existent problem to the organization of the sports association of high school in Jiangsu,the author Put forward some suggestion to develop it.The result:The influence of the sports association of the high school affect not only to personal mind and body health,but also to the development the spiritual civilization construction and society .The student sports association of high school are developing very well in Jiangsu (1) its scale is very larger,but the development of every item is not balance;(2)it strengthen its society. the author also have discovered some exist problems of the student sports association:(1)its system construction practicing not strong;(2)The budget lack;(3) the whole plan of the long effect need to the further exaltation;(4)its association not complete;(5)its newly adventure management need to strengthen the safety measure .Suggestion:(1) the management of sports association need to be to the association of norm management,grasping the good framework,establishing effective mechanism,and continuously creative;(2) The leading teacher,s function need more exertive.(3) The sports association need to change the idea in order to develop with society,(4)The whole plan of the association needs to take into consider of the whole management system.
