Objective:Comparing the effect of plateau and sub-plateau interval training and plateau and the effect of plain training on middle-distance athletes,which is in order to find the the effect of plateau and sub-plateau interval training on middle-distance athletes,also to find the effective method to figure out the problem of exercise intensity is not enough during plateau training;Methods: 32 middle-distance race athletes come from GanZhi sports school,thy were randomly divided into experimental group(N=18)and the control group(N=14),two groups of athletes are mainly composed of aerobic endurance training,the experimental group is plateau 2 weeks-sub-plateau 2 weeks-plain 1 week,plateau of single transition training model("2-2-1" model).Control group is plateau 4weeks-sub-plateau 0week-plain1 week(directly to plain)training mode("4-0-1" model);the collection of experimental indexes were completed in the week 2,4 and 5week,recording regulation 12 min ran out of the distance,then the heart rate immediately after exercise,exercise the maximum heart rate,VO2 max,blood oxygen saturation,blood lactic acid;Results:(1)the athlete's heart rate and immediately heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,blood lactic acid,12 min run results,the experimental indexes of experiment group are increasing trend,but the maximum heart rate significantly decreased,after 1week plain training,P<0.05,significant difference;(2)control group for 4weeks altitude training,the movement of the heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,VO2 max,and maximum heart rate significantly lower altitude training 2 weeks,and after 1 week plain training,were significantly increased,and the higher than altitude training 2 weeks,P<0.05,significant difference;(3)after 1week plain training,the blood lactate,immediately heart rate,VO2 max,12min run,oxygen saturation,12 min run test are lower than the experimental group,P<0.05,significant difference;Conclusion:(1)Comparing the plateau-plain training("4-0-1" mode),the plateau and sub-plateau interval training("2-2-1" mode)is more effective on the aerobic capacity of middle-distance race athletes,filled the blank of SiChuan province on model of interval training;(2)plateau-sub-plateau interval training("2-2-1" model)offered a certain degree of hypoxic stimulus at the same time and ensured training load,which is beneficial to improve the 12 min run;(3)the plains training("4-0-1" model)to go directly to internalize plateau athletes from the plains will produce plain emergency response and impact on training,so the plain before the game,should be first to exercise load in the plateau,after plateau-sub-plateau interval training preconditioning can improve the load capacity for sports athletes.
