A Study On City Integration Of Peasant Laborer Based On The Viewpoint Of Culture Adaption

At present,if we want to achieve the Coordinate development of urban and rural and social harmony,the peasant laborers is a great issue that must pay attention to.Since peasant laborers is the largest transfer population from rural to urban in China.On abroad,the study of social integration can be divided into two basic paradigms called ?assimilation? and ?multiculturalism?.Domestic researchers also have done a lot study from various interviews and research ways to analyze the situation of peasant laborers' acculturation and obtained some Achievements.But there are still some problems such as the single research ideas and didn't do some research with interaction and psychological ideas.When mentioned to the research ideas,much of the existing literature hold the one-way assimilation.Few studies considered the Migrant workers' initiative and strategies.After the integration of relevant researches we did some conclusion about research perspectives.And through the analysis and comparison of different perspectives we found some advantages of the culture adaption perspectives then combined with some characteristics of internal migration and domestic regional move we build a Mechanisms of Affecting model.Following the quality and quantity studies adopt literature study,field interview and questionnaire survey we also unite the results and literature study for advocating the issues in favor of resolving the acculturation problems.Three studies are consisted as follow:Through literature research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing deposit perspective,we found that culture adaption perspective have important guiding significance not only on the specific conclusions but also in theory and research methods.Based on the literature review findings of social identity theory and cultural adaptation,eventual build a mechanism model called Mechanisms of Affecting model that explain how the migrant workers adapt into the city.Based on the literature review developed structured questionnaires then started a field interview with the questionnaire survey.Eventually we collected 314 valid questionnaire survey.Validate the questionnaires path with the structural equation model.Analysis and discuss the results then given the appropriate policy recommendations on reality.
