Research On The Development Of Urbanization In Bijie City From The Perspective Of Water Resources

Water resource is one of the natural resources for human survival and development,and it is the basic premise of social progress and economic development.With the rapid development of urban economy,the enrich of the modern infrastructure,a large number of population agglomerate in the urban arer,the urbanization of population has entered a stage of rapid development.In this new context,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is becoming more and more prominent,which has become a problem that must be faced with.Bijie city is located in the Yangtze river watershed and the pearl river water system,shouldering the important task of the two rivers barrier,is an important barrier to China's ecological environment.In the process of rapid urbanization of population in Bijie City,the pressure of water resources is more and more serious.How to solve the contradiction between population and water resources is very important,not only related to the sustainable development of Bijie City experimental area,but also related to the safety of China's ecological barrier.Based on the analysis of the present situation of water resources storage and utilization in Bijie City and the present situation of population urbanization,this paper analyzes the relationship among water resources,economy and urbanization.In order to more accurately explain the development and utilization of water resources potential and water maximum support population in BijiCity,and can also meet the needs of sustainable development of ecological,social,economic,this paper have discussed the theory of water resources in Bijie City,the results show that the water can support the largest population 2.01 million in 2020,and population reached 2.09 million in 2030.According to The Provincial People's Government of Bijie City District Urban System Planning(2015-2030)Approval(Qian FuHan [2015] no.289),Bijie City population reached about 6 million in 2020 and about 7.33 million in 2030,assumption that the comprehensive water consumption per capita in 2020-2030 year remains at the same level,the ecological environment water consumption,per capita GDP,ten thousand yuan GDP water consumption is consistent with the expected forecast,under this condition Bijie City water supply demand will reach 3.701 billion cubic meters in 2020,and it will reach 4.287 billion cubic meters in 2030,namely lacking of water resources supply 2.451 billion cubic meters in 2020 and 3.037 billion cubic meters in 2030.In this end,based on severe situation of water resources,in the process of population urbanization,Bijie City should take “increase income and reduce expenditure” as the basic principle,increase the water conservancy infrastructure investment,construct the water-saving cities actively,optimize the industrial structure further,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,accelerate the development of characteristics of mountain small towns.
