Research On Imbalance Characteristics And Correction Mechanism Of "Population-Land" Urbanization In Wuhan City Circle

The level of urbanization is an important symbol of a country’s modernization,involving the coordinated development of population,land,economy,and society.Healthy urbanization development requires coordinated progress among the various subsystems of urbanization in order to promote my country’s new-type urbanization development in the direction of high quality and high efficiency.The development of new-type urbanization takes people as the core and land as the carrier of urbanization.The coordinated development of the two is particularly important for urbanization.In addition,the new urbanization of key urban agglomerations is of great significance for promoting economic development and promoting modernization.The Wuhan city circle is one of the representative city circles in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Cultivating and developing a modern Wuhan city circle and promoting the high-quality development and economic transformation and upgrading of the Wuhan city circle are important national strategic tasks.This article takes the Wuhan city circle as the research object,based on relevant theoretical knowledge,through the construction of a coupling coordination degree model,measures and calculates the "population-land" urbanization coupling coordination degree of each city in the Wuhan city circle,and analyzes its "population-land" urbanization coupling coordination The temporal and spatial development status and imbalance characteristics of the degree in 2005-2019;secondly,build a gray BP neural network prediction model to predict the development level of the "population-land" urbanization coupling coordination degree from 2020 to 2025,and analyze its future development trend;In addition,by constructing a panel data regression model to study the relevant factors affecting the degree of coordination and coordination of "population-land" urbanization in the Wuhan urban circle;finally,the correction mechanism for the coordinated and unbalanced development of "population-land" urbanization in the Wuhan urban circle is discussed and proposed.policy suggestion.The main conclusion of this paper is as follows:(1)The overall level of population urbanization and land urbanization in Wuhan city circle is showing an upward trend,and the gap in population and land urbanization development level between cities in the city circle is large.The comprehensive score of population urbanization in each city is generally higher than the comprehensive score of land urbanization.(2)The development trend of the "population-land" urbanization coupling coordination degree of the cities in the Wuhan urban circle has been increasing year by year.At the beginning of the study,only Wuhan was in the transitional stage of barely coordination,and the remaining eight cities were in the stage of dysregulation and decline;by the end of the study,all cities were no longer in a state of dysregulation.In terms of the spatial pattern,the "population-land" urbanization coupling coordination level of Wuhan city circle shows the spatial differentiation characteristics of "high in the middle and low around" as a whole.The coupling coordination level of Wuhan at the core is higher than that of other surrounding cities.(3)The Wuhan city circle will maintain a rising development trend in the future "populationland" urbanization coupling coordination level.In terms of time trends,in 2025,all cities in the Wuhan city circle,except Tianmen City,will be in a coordinated upward phase;in terms of spatial distribution,they will still maintain the characteristics of "high in the middle and low in the surrounding areas" and gradually develop into the south.The spatial pattern of high,north and low.(4)Among the influencing factors of the coordinated development of "population-land" urbanization in the Wuhan city circle,the economic development level,fiscal revenue,and population density have a positive effect,while the industrial structure has a negative effect.This paper proposes relevant policy recommendations to correct the unbalanced development of "population-land" urbanization in Wuhan city circle from the two dimensions of regional integration development and system innovation.From the perspective of regional integration development,it is necessary to promote the integrated development of production factors market,the development of industrial integration,the development of spatial integration,the integrated development of infrastructure construction and ecological environment protection;from the perspective of macro-system innovation,Promote innovation in the household registration system,land system,employment system,and social security system.
