Deng Xiaoping's Critical Thinking And Its Enlighenment Tocontemporary Ideological Education Of University

The party's ideological work is extremely important. We must firmly grasp the leadership authority, the management power and the discourse power in ideological work. University is not only the position of cultural transmission, but also the main position of ideological education. With the further development of reform and opening-up, there are many problems in current ideological education of university,such as fetters of dogmatism, penetration of western social thought and the negative effects of network media. In order to solve these problems, we have to scan them from a critical perspective, criticize and reform the outdated theory and lagging education pattern. Deng Xiaoping inherited the critical spirit of Marxism, developed scientific critical thinking with pragmatism, practicality, independence, constructiveness, and participation characteristics during the socialist revolution, construction and reform practice. This reflective negating critical thinking is of great significance to the development of ideological education of universities and worthy of deep study.This thesis takes critical thinking as cut-in point, ideological education of university as stay point, and enlightenment of the critical thinking to the ideological education of universities as key research. Based on related elaboration of the critical thinking and ideological education, this thesis reveals the interrelation between them,further summarizes the characteristics and explores the reference value of Deng Xiaoping's critical thinking. Finally it deeply analyzes current situation of ideological education and how to deal with the new problems with critical thinking in order to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in China.
