In the face of the complicated society, if the social moral cannot converts to theindividual moral smoothly, and show their due virtue in practice, then social ethics can onlybe free in the moral subject beyond the rootless. Only when the individual be willing tocomply with social ethics, the social norm can play its due role in maintaining socialstability, and the moral education can be truly effective. Currently our country appear toinefficient moral education, a large part of the reason is moral internalization is not ideal.This paper based on the related research of moral internalization, analyses the concept ofmoral internalization, and describe the existing moral internalization society of our country,analysis of its causes, and then seek solutions.This paper is divided into four parts, The first part is an overview of moralinternalization. In this part, firstly, the author analyze the meaning of moral, social moralityand individual morality; secondly, the rational determination of moral internalization, moralinternalization is considered a row and the subjective and objective process of harmoniousunification; finally, analyzed the value of moral internalization from two angles ofindividual and countries.The second part is the realistic reasons block of moral internalization. This part isdivided into two sections, the first section is the summary of moral internalization, that`sincludes: do not pay attention to resolve the conflict between cognitive and emotionalknowledge and action and the content of moral education is divorced from real life. Thesecond section is the analysis of the causes for the above problems, the analysis is mainlyfrom four aspects: the moral goal, moral internalization of subject itself, students’subjectivity and external environment.The third part is the countermeasures of moral internalization problems. Includes threeaspects: first pay attention to arouse students’ inner activities, include the cultivation ofstudents’ choice ability and strengthen the emotional experience of students; secondly,attention should be paid to the harmony of the relationship between the subjects, includingthe realization of equal dialogue between teachers and students and strengthen thecommunication group of understanding; reasonable regulation also pay more attention tomoral education, including the content of moral education to keep pace with the times andcreate the appropriate moral education environment.The fourth part is the case analysis of effective internalization. In this part, the authorchoose two successful case from the improvement of ability of moral cognition and themoral emotion cultivation, knowledge in one, and all of them are analyzed and reflection.
