At present,lifelong learning has been integrated into all aspects of people's life and work.Under the continuous development of big data,informatization and Internet,the ability to learn has become essential to everyone.Teachers as the pioneer of lifelong learning,undertaking dual tasks of teaching and learning.They must change their inherent idea from the "educator" to "learner",through continuous learning,update knowledge,updating the knowledge and enhancement of professional skills,so as to improve their learning and promote teacher professional development.Under the guidance philosophy of "learner-centered",this study combs through domestic and foreign research status of teachers' learning and theoretical basement,combined with the relevant scale,developed the learning ability of primary school teachers in the study of scale and forecast analysis of reliability and validity.Then used reliability and validity analysis to finish the formal scale scientifically.Taking X-primary school teachers' from Shen Zhen as the object of case study,through questionnaires and interviews to find the factors affecting the development of primary school teachers' learning ability.Finally,this paper puts forward some strategies to promote teachers' learning ability based on the actual needs of teachers at different levels.This study is divided into six chapters,the main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction of the study,which mainly describes the research background,questions,significance and innovation.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the study,which mainly defines the core concepts used in this study,such as teachers' learning ability and learner centered.The third chapter is to sort out the research literature on the learning ability of teachers at home and abroad.The fourth chapter is to develop the research design and tool.It mainly introduces the train of thought,frame and method of the research.Combined the theory and the literature with the existing scale to design the preliminary scale,then make predictions through the exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis,develop the formal scale.In addition,make interview outline.The fifth chapter is the analysis of case studies,questionnaires and interviews the school through descriptive statistics and differential analysis of learning ability of their teachers,the interview results were analyzed to explore factors that influence the development of teachers' learning.The sixth chapter are the conclusions and recommendations to enhance teachers ' learning capacity and summarizes the main conclusions of the study,and external support systems and individual teacher recommendations enhance the learning capacity of the two levels.
