The learning ability of rural primary school teachers is the ability of rural primary school teachers to acquire,apply and create new knowledge on the basis of existing knowledge and experience according to daily learning.It is the concentrated embodiment of the comprehensive quality,professional development ability and innovation ability of rural primary school teachers.The improvement of rural primary school teachers’ learning ability can improve the overall quality of rural education and promote the concept of lifelong learning to take root in rural primary schools.By means of x county of hunan province,analyzing the present situation and problems of rural primary school teachers’ learning ability found that the current rural primary school teachers there are some deficiencies in learning ability,so the purpose of this paper is to analyzes the current situation of rural primary school teachers to find cultivating path of rural primary school teachers’ learning ability,the state,society,rural primary school,rural primary school teachers and students has important practical significance.This study around the countryside elementary school teachers’ learning ability,combining domestic and foreign related literature material investigation,take the method of literature and questionnaire survey research methods,such as,on the basis of questionnaire compiled by 218 rural primary school teachers in x county of hunan province as the research object,the questionnaire survey to x county of hunan province rural primary school teachers present situation has carried on the overall analysis of learning ability,It also analyzes the influence of various dimensions and different demographic variables on the learning ability of rural primary school teachers,sorts out the problems existing in the learning ability of rural primary school teachers and analyzes the causes,and puts forward the path to cultivate the learning ability of rural primary school teachers from the external support system and individual teachers.According to the survey results,the overall mean value of rural primary school teachers’learning ability in X County of Hunan Province is 3.6,ranking at the middle and upper level,with the highest mean value of learning conversion ability and the lowest mean value of learning innovation ability.It can be seen that rural primary school teachers pay attention to efficiency in the learning process,but their innovation ability needs to be strengthened.Current x county of hunan province rural primary school teachers exists in the different characteristics of the female teachers’ overall learning ability is lower than male teachers,lack of innovative learning under the age of 20,teachers,such problems as weak overall level 3 teachers learning ability,learning drive exists in the overall learning ability insufficiency,the single study way,questioning spirit is insufficient and so on.Face the above problems of x county rural primary school teachers,in cultivating path in terms of external support system to reduce teachers’ burden,establish a learning community,developing school-based curriculum,etc.,in terms of individual teacher from personal career ideal and idea for change,through the harmonious development of both inside and outside,improve the learning ability,enhance the level of learning ability.
