In the report of the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly points out that it is a new era of building a socialist modernization and strengthening country,and struggling to realize the era of Chinese Dream,the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.The new era gives teachers an important mission to continuously improve their professional capabilities and cultivate outstanding talents in building a modem and powerful country.To fulfill the mission and realize the Chinese Dream,Teachers should become imparters of knowledge and learners in the lifelong learning era.By constant learning,updated knowledge structure,advanced nature of knowledge,teachers are assigned the task to promote their professional development Teachers' professional development has become the primary issue of teachers' professional development The tasks entrusted by the times have created opportunities for teachers to grow up,also brought pressure for development,also led to job burnout,emotional exhaustion,and teachers' mental health problems.Especially for teachers who have entered the workplace for several years,the professional developlent facing the new era is a new round of challenges of experience and ability,but also a threshold that must be crossed.Therefore,teachers' learning ability has become the only way for teachers' growth and professional development,it also an important way to alleviate teachers,professional pressure.This paper uses the survey methods,such as questionnaire and individual interview,to analyze the current situation of Chinese Korean primary school teachers,learning ability in Yanji City.The thesis adopts the Self-Evaluation Scale for Primary School Teachers' Learning compiled by Shenzlien University,and conducts questionnaires and interviews of Chinese Korean school teachers in Yanji City to understand the individual learning ability of Chinese Korean primary school teachers in Yanji City and find the problems and causes in Chinese Korean primary school teachers' learning ability.Furthermore,it puts forward countermeasures to improve their lealling ability.The results are as follows:1.The learning ability level of Chinese Korean primary school teachers in Yanji City is higher,followed by learning innovation>learning ability>learning practice>learning motivation,and learning motivation is the lowest.Chinese Korean elementaiy school teachers believe that learning level is higher,but their intrinsic potential has not been explored yet,and the ability to think and reflect on planning learning and knowledge needs to be improved.2.There is a significant difference in academic qualifications of Chinese Korean primary school teachers.There are significant differences in academic ability in terms of academic qualifications,and in learning practice ability in terms of in academic qualifications and school geography.Besides,learning innovation has significant differences in teaching age and professional title and learning motivation has significant differenees in schools,geographical position.Chinese Korean primary school teachers have a higher evaluation of self-learning ability,which is influenced by subjective factors greatly.3.There are differences in learning conditions and resources related to learning,but the overall situation is good.According to the existing problems,the corresponding countermeasures are as follows:1.Inspire teachers' internal motivation and enhance teachers' ability to plan and reflect2.Focus on the sustainable development of experience-based teachers,learning creativity3.Promote the reform of the title evaluation system and give full play to the vitality of primaiy teachers.4.The objectivity of learning ability evaluation needs to be improved.
