| With the development of economic globalization,competition between national talent escalating,national demand for talents is becoming more and more high.As the carrier of innovative technology,talent is the source of social development and the foundation of national strength.City is a place where talent high concentration,the higher activity of talent groups,to reflect the city's vitality and vigor,to promote social and economic development of the city.Therefore,we should study the vitality of urban talents and carry out comprehensive,scientific and accurate comprehensive evaluation to find out the Suggestions to improve the vitality of urban talents.It is of great value and significance for the development of talents in cities.In this paper,starting from the actual situation of the developed cities,on the basis of talent vitality of the existing research results,by using linear function of scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the rich talent vitality of the city.On the basis of the establishment of the evaluation system,through the analysis of the development of the talent development in the developed cities of the potential and shortcomings,combined with the problems put forward corresponding constructive suggestions.This article through the literature research and analysis,and some experts interviews,the existing city talent evaluation system based on the theory of vigor,through expert interviews and collect questionnaires,as well as the feasibility analysis,preliminary city talent dynamic evaluation system is established.Based on the method of linear function,at all levels index weight using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculated value analysis,through collecting relevant index data,carries on the dimensionless processing,eventually city people in dynamic comprehensive evaluation model is established,in four cities' 2011-2015 talent energy calculation and comparison,analyzes the dynamic trend of talents,make a correct and objective evaluation,and in view of the city talent evaluation results highlight the advantages and existing problems,and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions. |
