Research On Constructing University Internal Power Structure Based On The Disciplinary Development

The construction of discipline is the core work in university development. It is become the common view for university administrators and scholars who studying the development of university. How to break through the restrictions of internal university authority structure which based on political logic, constructing the university according to operation logic of discipline, it is an inevitable problem in our university internal reform. Using some research methods to solve the problem has certain practical significance and theoretical significance.This Paper take the university internal power as the main line, based on using of documentary research, measurement analysis and historical analysis, studying the power relationship between Party power, Academic authorities and Administrative authorities, and the influence to the construction of discipline according to the development of the discipline of logic, attempts to construct university internal "university-institute-discipline " power structure.The research content mainly includes four parts. The first part studies the relationship of discipline and university. This paper discusses discipline is the basis of university organization from the emergence and development of university; discussing the subject is the sign of university development level from the famous university development and competitiveness. The second part mainly analyses the university internal power structure. First analysis of the university internal power structure characteristics, second respectively expounds party power, academic authorities and administrative powers of the connotation and power boundary, and finally analyses the party power, administrative power and the relationship between the academic power; In the third part of the research discussed the effects to the university of discipline construction from internal power; the influence of Political party to disciplinary knowledge system, subject access system, and the subject of management.; the influence of Administrative power to discipline development planning, distribution resources allocation, the leader and the labor in the field of the selection of subject knowledge. Academic power influence include he academic democracy management, academic monopoly, and the Subject leader in the field of authority, and so on. The fourth part start building the university internal power structure based on the development of the discipline. In university internal power structure configuration of the value orientation, principles, power positioning the basis of the study, design the university internal power structure, emphasizing on the discipline organization of the leader in the field of the important role of responsibility system. At last of this part based on constructing the modern university system to research the good operation system guarantee for university internal power. Building up the subject that democratic management system, establish subject heteronomy system, establish the leader in the field of management system, establishing discipline knowledge labor incentive system.
