Because of the new curriculum reform,school curriculum construction has changed from the school-based curriculum to a new stage of the overall school curriculum construction.especially based on vision-led school curriculum construction has become the trend of school reform and the direction,The essence of which is based on the kernel of vision-led,the integration of the three-level curriculum course module for rich school characteristics.This paper takes Xuzhou M primary school democracy tree curriculum as a case study,and systematically studies the curriculum planning,structure and implementation based on vision,and summarizes the course of this course system construction.It is the "static model" of curriculum structure,the "dynamic operation" of curriculum implementation,and the organic combination of the three provides a complete outline of the whole process of school curriculum construction.The school curriculum planning adopts the "endogenous" design concept,taking the vision lead as the basic point,the accomplishment orientation as the idea,and the whole curriculum as the path.In the curriculum structure,the concept of "modular integration" is taken as the starting po int,the "integrated children" as the starting point,the principle of practice logic as the principle,curriculum integration route,clear curriculum integration method,build distinctive The course system of "democracy tree" is integrated into three modules: "root","stem" and "branch"(spiritual foundation,knowledge acquirement,accomplishment and accomplishment class)according to the functional characteristics of different disciplines..In the aspect of curriculum implementation,we try to realize the whole benefit of "1 + 1> 2" by innovating the operational mechanism of the school curriculum in the space allowed by the policy through the strategies of "group advancement","task-driven" and "research study",Giving children the most powerful driving force for sustainable development and the richest possible.
