With the development of the times and the reform of high school mathematics teaching,,the request of the teachers 'ability to reflect is getting higher and higher.The end-result of the teachers' ability to reflect is reflective Teaching Reflective teaching is a new way to improve the professional level of teachers,improve the teaching method.and improve teaching quality.The implementation of reflective teaching is of great significance.This paper starts from the investigation of the present situation of reflective teaching,and focuses on the teachers' understanding of reflective teaching,the time of reflection,the content of reflection,the influencing factors and how to improve the level of reflective teaching.The results are as follows:At present,in high school,although the school on the teaching of reflection are required,but the real reflection of the teaching practice to practice or a few;the vast majority of teachers are also reflective of the importance of reflective teaching,there are many practices But the content is old,single,with limitations.This shows that in high school,the teacher's ability to reflect has yet to be improved,reflective teaching should also be further developed.In this paper,the problems of reflective teaching in practice,combined with their own experience in teaching practice,from the content of reflective teaching theory research,to explore what should be included in reflective teaching,and put forward the corresponding recommendations and countermeasures.
