On the basis of the previous achievement of reflective mathematics learning and from the idea of quality-oriental education and the background of new curriculum reform, this article has researched on reflective mathematics learning on the aspects of theories and teaching strategies. It has preliminarily researched on the connotation of reflective mathematics learning on the basis of previous theoretical research, analyzed the theoretical foundation, model, content, and the factors that impact the effect of reflective mathematics learning. The article has also discriminated operational mathematics study and exploratory mathematics study. At last, it puts forward some teaching strategies related to reflective mathematic study. Specifically speaking, this article emphatically expounds some content as follows.The chief idea of new curriculum standard is to promote students'progress. At the same time, students'progress is realized by means of mathematics study. Therefore, the mathematics study process of students'should be earnestly focused on. That is to say, the reform on students'mathematics study pattern should be discussed and reflective mathematics study should be initiated. This article classifies the reflective mathematics study and differentiate some interrelated ideas.The characteristics of reflective mathematics study are as follows. The spirit of reflective mathematics study is"putting forward questions-exploring and questions-solving questions". Exploration is the most fundamental characteristic of reflective mathematics study. Reflective mathematics study is an independent action process of students. They make researches in the process of independently, conscientiously and actively. Reflective mathematics study is a complicated, exploratory, reasonable study action. It aims at"learning how to study"and pays attention to the future development of students. Reflection shows the essence of questions, explores general law, connects the interrelation between all kinds of knowledge, promotes assimilation and shift of knowledge and then makes students get discovery and invention. The reflective of mathematics study shows the color of self-negation. The whole process reflects the courage of self–dissection and self-criticism. Reflective mathematics study is in view the concrete process of study.The article expounds the theoretical foundation of reflective study from the aspects of meta cognitive theory, subjective education theory, constructivism study theory, criticism theory and D. P. Ausubel's cognitive study theory. The process of reflection is the meta cognitive process as well as question–solving process. The article shows cognitive reflection model and fundamental steps of reflective mathematics study, which include self-examination stage, estimate-stage, perceiving question stage, practice test stage and conclusion and enhancement stage. In addition, reflective content of reflective mathematics study is one of the important contents in this article, which is expounded from three aspects. First, students should be asked to self-reflect on the aspects of mathematics study cognition. Second, students should be asked to self-reflect on the aspect of mathematics study action. Third, students should be asked to self-reflect on the aspect of emotion experience.In order to guide students' reflective mathematics study, make them obtain knowledge effectively and at the same time, raise them innovation ability and practice ability, the following teaching strategies related to reflective mathematics study are put forward specially: create question situation and enlighten students'reflection motive; pay attention to the teaching of reflective mathematics study process and help students form new mathematics cognitive framework; design reflective mathematics questions and improve the effect of their reflective mathematics study; instruct students reflect conscientiously and cultivate their mathematics reflective ability.
