Group Work Practice Of Mutual Assistance In Production In Rural Left-behind Elderly

With the rapid development of agriculture,the phenomenon of a large number of labor outflowing and the rural aging population becoming larger becomes obvious.The problem of how these aging people survive arises,for they who live on farming are forced to live alone without the care of their children who choose to work in cities,becoming left-behind elderly.How they are supposed to live under such circumstance has become a main problem in the society.Modern agriculture mechanized farming method has replaced the original manpower,animal farming,which will greatly reduce the demand for labor,hence for the underdeveloped China,it is far from bale to solve the problem of the rural aging people.Most of the rural left-behind elderly have the idea of getting help in farming,so a new idea is created,it is a mutual help.In this paper,the method of group work is used to help improve the rural left-behind elderly's thought of mutual assistance,making it possible for them to face the changes in life with a better attitude,to adapt the changes as soon as possible and adopt the method of mutual assistance in the new life.There are the 4 aspects of mutual assistance in production: first,the lack of labor;second,the lack of production tools;third,the lack of production awareness;fourth,the lack of production information.the members of the group are recruited through the recruitment,the activities are designed according to the group members' eager for mutual assistance,it improves the four specific aspects of mutual assistance,and it uses control method to measure the members before the measurement and after the measurement,through the comparison of the data,the effects of the group working methods involved in helping the rural elderly people to enhance mutual aid ability is shown.The activity is organized through 6 stages—the group work of the case,evaluation,group work program design,group work program implementation,group work program evaluation,and make a closing of the case.Besides,record about the progress is made to monitor the changes and growth of team members,timely responding to the needs of team members.Through the involvement of the group work,the ability of rural left-behind elderly to help each other has improved,which shows that the group work method can effectively intervene in the rural areas of the elderly to enhance the production of mutual assistance.
