Research On Left-behind Women In Rural Areas Mutual Aid In Production Intervened By Group Work

Since the reform and opening up,with the emergence of migrant workers tide,there have been a large number of left-behind groups in rural areas.Among them,the left-behind women,as the mainstay of the family,not only need to handle family affairs,but also undertake the important task of agricultural production and gradually become the mainstay of agricultural production.However,the absence of male labor force and the lack of resources for left-behind women put them in multiple difficulties in agricultural production,affecting their own development and agricultural production.In the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is necessary for us to pay attention to the agricultural production problems of left-behind women and lay a material foundation for the rejuvenation of the countryside.In this study,the left-behind women in X village of Shandong Province were selected as research objects.Through field survey,the production status of left-behind women in rural areas was analyzed.It was found that left-behind women in X Village were faced with problem of heavy production labor burden,weak production capacity and less affective exchange.On the basis of this,I conducted an investigation and analysis on the mutual aid behavior of left-behind women in agricultural production and the main body of social support to find the available resources for the group work.Through the analysis of the production needs of left-behind women in rural areas and the workers' own abilities and resources,under the guidance of social support theory,a production mutual aid group was set up to address the needs of labor,technology and emotion of left-behind women in agricultural production and the group carried out seven thematic group activities.The study found that the production of mutual aid groups to alleviate the difficulties of left-behind women in agricultural production has a certain effect,to improve the current left-behind women have a positive role in mutual aid,and there is the possibility of continued operation.However,there are still some shortcomings in this group activity such as the design of activities,the professional competence of workers and the deepening of the group's content,which requires reflection and improvement.In the end,the author puts forward suggestions from the government level,community level and social work level.It hopes to improve the status quo of the production activities of left-behind women in rural areas and promote the development of left-behind women themselves and agricultural production.
