China's rapid economic development since reform and opening up,along with the market adjustment of industrial structure and national economic market for innovative talents "demand more and more strong.In this context,how to foster"creative talents" became the focus of attention.Ideas for the work to cultivate children's creativity and promote children "whole-person development" as the goal of education concept is adapted to the demand.In this paper,based on physiology,psychology and other levels on the analysis of the positive role of creative art.In xinjiang,a vast,rich resources,because of its unique geographical location,has formed the unique natural resources and cultural diversity,blend in these elements into the creative art research and development of new curriculum education concept,can be in fine arts education on the basis of strengthening the consciousness of children for the protection of natural resources and strengthen children in xinjiang multicultural understanding and respect.In part of the thesis is composed of five parts:The first part: the discussion in order to adapt to the demand of national economic market,the concept of creative art education research significance,and xinjiang local resource integration into creative art education concept to develop new courses,to promote the cultural construction of xinjiang and the positive role of environment and resources protection.The second part: to discuss the creative art origin,concept and characteristics of the edge.Creative art in guiding children's independent primary this trait has obvious advantages.Creative art "whole-person development" concept to children's intellectual education,moral education is an overall goal,on the overall development of children has more unity.The third part: from the physiology,psychology,discussed on the basis of creative art to cultivate children's creativity and promote the positive role of children's all-round development.At the physiological level creative art by combining crafts and fine arts,promote the development of children's left and right hemispheres and the coordination of two hemispheres functional play a role.On the psychological level,through the different psychological theory of creative art to promote children's all-round development on the function of the evidence.The fourth part: to study the creative arts in the domestic development and to supplement the role of the school of fine arts.Rapid developing regional economy in our country,many school children's art school would be a creative art education idea into the teaching activity and thrive,in xinjiang because of geography andenvironment influence,the creative art outside the popularity of children's art school is not wide,at the same time for the school fine arts education problems,outside the art school can also be combined with creative art education concept to complement the missing parts.The fifth part: to investigate the local resources in xinjiang region and the creative aspects of art fusion,and through a combination of creative arts education development idea of the new curriculum practice,the popularization of xinjiang "multiple" integrated cultural development and cultivate children's consciousness of protecting natural play a role.
