Research On The Evaluation Of The Modern Garden City In The Era Of “Internet Plus”

In face of all sorts of drawbacks brought by rapid urbanization,the development of modern cities is gradually returning to the ideal pattern of "Garden City".All areas of society has showed a disruptive trend along with the appearance of "Internet plus" concept,this trend is very useful for the improvement and recognition of the information function of modern city in the post industrial era.Therefore,the focus of urban construction is to accelerate the convergence of the Internet from now on,which will vigorously upgrade the city’s innovation ability and comprehensive competitiveness.At the same time,the development of modern garden city should be evaluated scientifically and systematically,this not only can clearly reveal the level of development of the city and specific factors,can also find the problems existing in the current urban construction,and then provide the basis for decision-making.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a scientific and effective evaluation method.Xixian New Area decided early on the construction of modern garden city.In order to build a model for future urban construction,it constantly explores a modern and innovative urban development model.As one of the five groups,Fengxi new city has achieved good results in the construction of modern garden city,and has made more exploration in promoting the all-round development of the city based on the use of scientific and technological resources.Based on above studying background,this paper summarizes and outlines the domestic and international basic theory and practice cases of "Internet plus" and moderngarden city,and then redefines the new connotation and characteristics of modern garden city under the new era background,as well as compared it with the traditional garden city and smart city.On the basis of reference to other domestic and international evaluation model of city development method,using AHP method to construct the modern garden city evaluation index system in Internet plus era,to reflect the level of development of modern garden city from the four aspects of green ecological,economical,harmonious society and innovation.Finally,it carried out an empirical study on the index system by taking Fengxi new city of Xixian New Area as an example.The original data were obtained by questionnaire survey and data collection,and then combined with the corresponding weight to calculate the value of each index and a certain level of classification standards after the standardized treatment.The evaluation results show that the development level of the modern garden city of the Xixian New Area generally remains high,but there are also some problems.And then gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the four aspects of ecology,economy,social and intellectual innovation.The evaluation index system of modern garden city is scientific and practical,it also has corresponding empirical practical value for the Fengxi New City.This not only provides a new perspective for the development of modern garden city,but also enriches the theoretical system of modern garden city.At the same time,it is helpful for promoting the use of Internet information technology in the future urban construction process,and creating a more ecological,humane and intelligent modern garden city.Besides,the evaluation index system should be revised to make it more reasonable to reflect the level of garden city construction with the development of modern garden city and its evaluation theory in the Internet era.So we should gradually increase the choice of empirical research samples,and constantly expand the horizontal research.
