Research On The Development And Management Of Alumni Resources From The Perspective Of University Governance Based On The Investigation Of Gansu Colleges And Universities

Along with the reform and rapid development of colleges and universities,the alumni work of colleges and universities in our country has gradually become the main content,and has made great progress.From the early establishment of the Alumni Association,to play its single function of contacting alumni to fully explore and use alumni resources for the comprehensive development of higher education and school work to enhance the overall function of a variety of functions,our alumni work has experienced,stagnation,recovery,Groping and developing five stages,Attention to the development and management of alumni resources has become the general consensus of colleges and universities.Alumni refers to those who have studied or lived in school have graduated or graduated from the school,alumni resources is what we usually refer to alumni resources refers to the alumni as the value of human resources,as well as alumni owned by the financial,material,information,culture And the social impact of the sum of resources.The development and management of alumni resources,alumni participation in university governance in the construction of modern university governance system more and more prominent,is an important force in the development of colleges and universities.This paper based on the theory of Rawls’ public rationality,human capital theory and Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory,In view of the investigation of the work of alumni association in Gansu colleges and universities,systematically combs the current situation and problems of alumni resources development and management in Gansu colleges and universities.This paper points out that there are some legal subjects in the course of the development and management of alumni resources in the colleges and universities in Lanzhou University of Technology.The management mode of the secondary school alumni has not yet been established.The alumni work team is weak,The author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the development and management of alumni resources in colleges and universities in order to make the development and management of alumni resources management system perfect,inspire and help to give full play the role of alumni in the establishment of modern university system.
