The field survival education is a general term for the students to acquire the knowledge of the field survival and to grasp the basic skills of the field survival by a variety of learning methods and outdoor activities.Through the field survival education in geography teaching,it not only can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning geography,but also can effectively improve the students' geographical scientific literacy.The author has carried out the exploration and practice in the last two years in his school.Through the geography classroom penetration,extracurricular study and practice two major ways.The exploration and practice of the field survival education is actively carried out by using the "the associated permeability method","the viewing and discussion method","the geographic crossing method" and the careful organization of the field survival practice.Through the summary and reflection,this paper puts forward that the government and schools should pay more attention to the premise of the field survival education in the field of geography teaching;It is important to cultivate students' courage to face the nature,to explore the laws of nature,to be scientific and practical,and to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out the field survival education in geography teaching;To strengthen the study and training of geography teachers,to improve the geography teachers' integration of geography curriculum content and the ability to survive in the field is the key to the development of the field survival education in the field of geography teaching.
