| The children of migrant workers are in the adolescence of rapid physical and mental transformation and growth in middle school.They are easy to fall into a confused state,but they also have a variety of plasticity.The relationship network and capital competition in the school field shape the complex survival mentality of the children of migrant workers.In order to guide the children’s self-esteem,self-confidence,positive,cultivate good psychological quality and will quality,the author studies the survival mentality of the children from the perspective of school field,and also provides a unique perspective for the survival concern and humanistic care of the children.This study adopts the method of narrative research,takes the class meeting as the intervention way,takes the participatory observation as the breakthrough point,selects several migrant children in the class as the research object,observes their classroom behavior,listens to their survival story,and explores the formation reason,specific performance and the choice and change after the change of survival mentality of migrant children in the school field.In order to show the survival mentality of the children of migrant workers after they suffered the loss of traditional cultural capital in the school field.It is found that the explicit state and implicit state of survival mentality are used as the analysis framework of x-axis and y-axis.The explicit state is embodied in four aspects:learning performance,language communication,peer relationship and classroom participation.The implicit state is embodied in four aspects: psychological adaptability,self-evaluation,family communication and class status.The living psychology of the children of the migrant workers can be divided into four quadrants: chrysanthemum as a relatively positive evaluation and knife as a relatively negative evaluation.In the family,there are some problems,such as children’s prejudice against learning,lack of communication between children and family,etc.in the school,there are some problems,such as the labeling of children in school division,the conformity psychology of children in behavior.In order to help the children adjust their living mentality,the social workers play the role of companion in the state and listener in the state,so as to realize the children’s re cognition of learning,remolding of self-confidence,easing of family relationship,and guide the children to establish a harmonious relationship Self goals.At the same time,this paper reflects on social workers’ awkward positioning in the school system,non violence and non cooperation,and their inability to face problems. |
