With the development and comprehensive advancement of the new curriculum reform,academia pay more attention on students' individuation,the research on the students' individuation is more and more profound,which provide a rich theoretical guidance for the students' individuation.The teaching methods,Teaching attitude,the teacher's understanding for students' basic situation and Teaching environment are the important factors to advancement of students' individuation.Therefore,teacher must take a teaching method that can highlight students' individuation,have a more passionate teaching method to students' study,create a freedom,Unrestricted Harmonious study environment,fully master Students' knowledge constitution and thinking method.However,Rural education is restricted by the relatively backward economic and cultural,which is still the teaching mode of “teacher is the center” so the students' individuation can't grow fully and well.Especially in the face of relatively poor Educational resources,Math Tutoring tools and Students' life experience which becomes Extremely important to realize students' individuation advancement and teachers' Individualized teaching.When mathematics individualized instruction evolved very well in academia,Rual junior Middle School don't have not formed the prototype.The aim of this article is to find how to research the factors of individuation of mathematics and analyze it,which can help the rural teacher in middle school develop the understanding of individuation of mathematics and have a better way to individuation of mathematics.By consulting a number of the existing literature,this article Initially identified teachers,students,teaching content and environmental factors that are divided into 45 secondary factors,then making the questionnaire.The triangulation was constituted by data collection of questionnaire,Observation on class and Interview for teachers,which eventually identified eight important secondary factors.At last this article will use Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate quantitatively the influence level and give suitable suggestion for the rural teaching according to influence level.
