The fundamental aim of education is to improve the quality of the whole students.The new curriculum reform advocates that the physics teaching at the stage of compulsory education should be transformed from traditional education to quality-oriented education for all the students,which aims to promote the lifelong development of students.On this basis,teachers should pay attention to students' life experience when teaching new knowledge,and help students to construct the knowledge system,so as to achieve the learning effect.To some extent,the essence of quality-oriented education lies in improving students' all-round quality.However,each student is individual with diverse characteristics,traditional education is unable to meet the requirements of quality-oriented education.Class teaching is the most popular form in the world,although it has certain advantages on teaching efficiency and results,it still can't cover the demands of each student's personality development.Compared with the traditional middle school physics education,individualized education,as a new trend of education reform,can make up for the defects.In the new physics curriculum standard,it is clearly pointed out that the content and process of physics teaching should reflect the physics in real life.Therefore,it is of positive significance to apply individualized teaching in the middle school physics teaching.The main idea of this paper is the individualized teaching practice of middle school physics.The key point of this paper is also around the preliminary survey,the mid-term research and the conclusion.Besides this,this paper also makes a brief description of the theoretical basis of the individualized teaching and the conclusion of the perception after practice.In the first part,the author briefly introduces the research background and current situation of individualized teaching all over the world,especially in China,by reading and consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures.And on this basis,the central point of this thesis,"Individual teaching practice based on middle school physics",puts forward the thinkings of research content and method.The second part is to define the meaning of individualized teaching and introduce its theoretical basis.After reading a large number of literatures,the author found that it easy to form errors when practicing in the actual teaching operation,which is caused by the insufficient understand of the theoretical foundation of the individualized teaching.In the third part,the basis situation of middle school physics individual teaching in kunshan city was investigated in advance.And the analysis of the feedback of questionnaires was carried out from two aspects(students and teachers),which makes a preliminary background investigation for the research practice.The fourth part takes two classes of grade 8 in Kunshan international school as the research object,and carries out a one-semester research on the individualized teaching in physics which based on textbook analysis,student analysis and teaching schedule.Two representative cases in middle school physics teaching were shared and detailed elaborated.Finally,the experimental conclusions were drawn from the analysis of students' subjective feedback and academic performance.The fifth part is the final conclusion and prospect,the conclusion is mainly about the summary of the full text and the whole process of the practice.The prospect is to put forward a brief idea of the follow-up research and the shortcomings of this paper.
