A Research On Intercultural Psychological Adaptation Of Military Students In China

This study aims to understand the main purpose of cross-cultural psychological adaptation of foreign students in China,and with the implementation of a sample survey to understand their problems and difficulties in the process of cross-cultural adaptation,so as to analyze the impact of foreign troops.The main factor of cross-cultural psychological adaptation of foreign students is to provide some reference for the education of foreign students abroad,with the hope to be able to help with foreign military education work.The research contents of the foreign students' motivation to study in China,the trend of cross-cultural psychological adaptability,the situation of cross-cultural social pressure,the tendency of social support,the way of negative emotions and the self-evaluation of the degree of adaptation in China,And the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews for the survey method for research.The empirical study of this study is mainly based on the content of the questionnaire designed by the researcher.The first part mainly focuses on the demographic factors of the research object,including the statistics,analysis and analysis of the factors such as nationality,religion,sex,the time of staying in china,Chinese level,motivation of study and so on.The second part is mainly about the cross-cultural psychological adaptation of the degree of anxiety analysis,the main test of the recent state of foreign students on emotional state,the positive and negative emotional state of the ten items to disrupt the use of the scale of the test,and the results of statistics and analysis;the third part of the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students is the tendency of social support for foreign students in cross-cultural adaptation;the fifth part talks about the main way to reduce the negative emotions of foreign military students' intercultural psychology as well as self-evaluation of the degree of cross-cultural adaptation of international students in China.The results show that: Firstly,there is no anxiety in the overall average level of intercultural psychological anxieties among Chinese foreign students,but there are serious emotional anxieties among individual students.Secondly,foreign students in China are in cross-cultural adaptation to social pressure such as "Homesickness,diet problems" has became the biggest pressure.Thirdly,in cross-cultural adaptation of social support options "family,friends and relatives" has became the first choice,"to talk to family" "to do interested things " have became to foreign students' negative emotions which is the most important way of the investigation;Fourthly,the factors of the foreign students in China cross-cultural psychological adaptation are divided into adaptation strategies,the time staying in China,cultural distance,personality differences and social support in five areas.Based on the analysis of the questionnaires and the analysis of the results of the interviews,it is concluded that the main problems in the cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese military students are language barriers,the language environment is closed and differentiated,and based on the empirical research putting up advice on these issues.
