"Goal Setting" Method In 10-12 Years Old Children Breaststroke Teaching Experimental Research

Swimming is has been confirmed,can promote children's physical health level of efficient ways.And has long been a popular children's favorite swimming movement,how to swim in the traditional teaching method,on the basis of expanding the new teaching method,can improve the teaching effect of the progress and stimulate students interest in learning has become the focus of the swimming teaching at present.Goal setting theory has been widely applied in modern physical education teaching,through the combination of learning content goal planning,can effectively stimulate students' learning motivation,to strengthen the sports study interest,help students form the habit of active learning,but also can cultivate students' strong will quality.Goal setting method applied in swimming teaching,however,research is still in the preliminary exploration stage at present,so this paper through the experiment research,confirm the target setting method to promote swimming teaching effect at the same time,to the exploration and supplement of swimming teaching methods to provide reliable experimental examples and data support.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other research methods,through the research of goal setting in the teaching of children breaststroke is applied,to verify whether goal setting intervention can effectively promote students body shape,swimming,swimming technology,sports motivation,will quality.In this experiment,taiyuan university natatorium training children,aged from 10 to 12 years of age,20 randomly selected 20 boys and girls as the subjects,of which 10,called the control group,theremaining 10,called the experimental group,students using single blind method,to reduce the error of the experiment,the experiment of the independent variables as gender and experimental conditions,the dependent variable for the related parameters of student's body shape,body function related indicators,breaststroke technique,breaststroke achievement motivation,will quality,sports,used by the French scholar Briere compiled by the sport motivation scale and Beijing sports university Li Youfa compiled by the BTL-L-YZ1.0 general population will quality scale for measuring tool,through the measurement scale,the final score,to calculate the student sports motivation and the will quality score.Experiment of 8 weeks,every Saturday,Sunday in class,a total of16 times,class 2 hours at a time,a total of 32 hours.Experiment content mainly for goal setting for the experimental group students body shape,body function,breaststroke technique level,motivation and will affect quality indicators,while control group carried out in accordance with the syllabus is normal.Through experiments it is concluded that:(1)Goal setting in breaststroke teaching use,by setting and achieving goals,can effectively improve the level of vital capacity and cardiopulmonary function.Goal setting in the breaststroke teaching can effectively promote the improvement of teaching level,but also can promote students' learning efficiency.Through the use of goal setting theory in breaststroke teaching makes 100% of the students have mastered the breaststroke technique,at the same time good rate reached95%,the excellence rate reached 60%,while the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group.Students in the experimental group on the breaststroke technique,breathing and stroke can push water coordination and rhythmic was better than control group in the water,paddling movements is more "economy".(2)Found in the students' physical health level test,the experiment after 50 m and 50 m x 8 reverse layup,rope skipping one minute,one minute sit-ups four tests,the experimental group compared with control group show significant difference(P<0.05).ZuoWeiTi proneness did not show significant difference(P>0.05).The contrast and comparisonbetween the same.Comparison of the control group before and after the experiment found only in breath-holding and 50 m x 8 present a significant difference,but compared with the experimental group goal setting teaching methods,showed the breaststroke only quality has a certain influence to the body.Goal setting can effectively improve the level of promoting students' glycolytic energy sources,aerobic power level and the improvement of hybrid power.Through goal setting theory in breaststroke teaching,the application of the experimental group students' physical health level test score is better than the control group.(3)In the sports motivation test in the dimension of the internal motive,score the experimental group compared with control group showed significant difference(P < 0.05),in the "no motivation" dimensions,also exist significant difference(P < 0.05),explained the goal setting can effectively improve the level of breaststroke teaching,improve students' learning efficiency,make the students more focused,more hard.At the same time of achieving goals,aeriform in cultivating the students' ability of independent learning,practice.(4)In the test of character,"consciousness","homemade" "decisiveness" toughness "four dimensions",in the experimental group and control group after experimental self-consciousness,self-control,perseverance,contrastive analysis of the three dimensions are showing a significant difference(P<0.05),although the decisiveness is no difference,but also scored higher than the control group.Thus,goal setting in the breaststroke teaching use can shape the quality of students,cultivate students indomitable character.Advice:(1)Goal setting in the application of breaststroke teaching is beneficial to students' health of body and mind development,can promote the sports system,the growth and development of skeletal muscle joints,and for physical health level of students can play a positive role.But for flexibility in the effect is not obvious.Can be appropriately increase some flexibility in teaching practice,to help students' body quality balanced development.(2)Goal setting can effectively strengthen the sports motivation,make students participate in breaststroke learning more clear objectives,improving the students' internal motivation level,reduce the motivation factors.Will sports motivation test,migrate to other sports teaching,through sport motivation scale to understand to other students motivation level of the project,and puts forward related countermeasures in time,realize the teaching optimization.(3)Will quality scale used in the breaststroke teaching can cultivate students' perseverance in the special environment of will quality,shape good personality.Suggestions in other sports,especially the boring sport,athletics,cycling,for example,to join the goal setting intervention,not only can optimize the classroom teaching,improve the training result,but also can cultivate the students' character.(4)Through the goal setting in the breaststroke teaching,the application can be extended to its successful experience to other sports skill learning,undertake to the student multiple target setting,help students to build confidence and shape the persistence character,and improve the students' sports skill level.(5)According to the different situation of different students,and to be treated differently,set goal is unrealistic,if a student is difficult to achieve,can be divided into the target,will difficult goals into simple goals,long-term goals into short-term goals,such as by completing a short and simple target,cultivate students' confidence,to take care of all the uneven level of students.
